Our free worldwide shipping includes free standard shipping to all international customers (5-20 working days depending which world zone applies to your country) and Royal Mail delivery within the UK (2-5 working days). Please take into account any public holidays which affect courier services nationwide, as these will affect both dispatch and delivery times.

NEXT DAY DHL/UK SERVICES (UK ONLY)*
Orders received after 11.00am are sent the next available working day (Monday to Friday only). Please note that we may have to substitute DHL for the Royal Mail 24 service for customers in the Highlands & Islands postcode areas. Please take into account any public holidays which affect courier services nationwide, as these will affect both dispatch and delivery times.
EXPRESS WORLDWIDE SERVICES
Primarily we will use DHL Express Services, which take 2-5 days depending on your destination. We may have to use another service but you will be updated with tracking information with your confirmation of shipping email. Please take into account any public holidays which affect courier services internationally, as these will affect both dispatch and delivery times.

Buyers are responsible for any tax duties or VAT to be paid.

Standard delivery orders are processed twice a week currently. If you would like a shipping upgrade, including express or signed for delivery in the UK or a worldwide tracked service, these are available at the checkout process.
