Robert found this beautifully textured nugget in the summer of 2017, in Leadhills, South Lanarkshire. The dents, bowls and ridges on this fantastically detailed piece tell the story of this gold's journey through the centuries. There are two small quartz inclusions on the surface, evidence of its time spent in its natural bedrock.
